Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because ScrollReader offers a free tier to evaluate quality before paying, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if you were charged in error or experienced a verifiable service failure, contact us within 7 days at billing@aiskillhub.info and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a pro-rated refund.
