Privacy Policy

ScrollReader is built to respect the sensitive nature of personal and historical records. This policy explains what we process and why, consistent with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles.

What we process

Uploaded images are processed only to produce your transcription. They are sent to our AI engine, transcribed, and the temporary file is deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain your source images after a request completes.

Usage data: we store an anonymous client identifier (a cookie), your monthly page count, and minimal event logs (e.g. “a transcription succeeded”) to enforce quotas and improve the product. We do not store the transcribed text content on our servers beyond the response to you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train models.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your usage records by emailing support@aiskillhub.info.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to identify your session and enforce free-tier limits.
